This instills confidence in the Clients' mind that we do not divulge their proprietary details to any outside entity without the express consent of the client. We work on the requirements of the Clients and come up with an initial round of ideas for them. If the Clients wish to pursue the options laid out by us, he gives us a Letter of Engagement and we furnish full details of the assignment. As per the Client's requirement, we could simply find the options for them or execute the transactions end-to-end.
