Govind has 10+ years of experience in various segments such as Healthcare, Consumer care, Personal care and IT in Finance and Accounts, Group Consolidation and Statutory Audit. He holds MBA Finance from the Central University.
Govind has been with ANOVA since January 2013, and is actively involved with M&A, Financial Due Diligence, Strategic CFO, MIS, besides managing its business operation. He was part of the M&A team leading the transaction with UMAC Auto Components Pvt Ltd and Helicord Transmissions Pvt Ltd.
Before joining ANOVA, he worked with Lornamead Group, where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in Management accounting, Group consolidation, statutory audit and financial analysis.
